Product Overview


Xindacheng Plastic Machinery Company depends on design production experience of many years, join together the domestic and international actual circumstance, developed full-automatic production line which from extruder including all automation units and peripherals, whole pipe production line realizes automatic control from charging to finished product.


The process begins with an extruder that melts and shapes the PE material into a continuous pipe form. The pipe is then sized to the required dimensions. It passes through a mould, ensuring that the pipe maintains the desired shape and smoothness. Next, the pipe moves into a vacuum sizing water tank, where it cools and solidifies. A tractor machine then pulls the pipe along the line, maintaining a steady pace. Finally, the sawing machine cuts the pipe into the required lengths for packaging or further use.


The PE pipe production line process is as followed:

Extruder→The tube sizing→ Mould→ The vacuum sizing water tank→Tractor machine→ Sawing machine

This integrated system ensures a smooth production process, providing everything needed for a successful pipe manufacturing operation.


Product Features


1. Extruder

The extruder is equipped with PLC or temperature gauge control, ensuring precise monitoring and regulation of the extrusion process for consistent output.Designed to handle high extrusion capacity while maintaining low melt temperatures, optimizing material processing and improving energy efficiency.

The extruder features a specially designed screw that maximizes efficiency and yield, reducing material waste and enhancing productivity.

With bevel gears of high hardness and low noise, the extruder provides stable and reliable performance, ensuring long-term durability and minimal maintenance. Offers multiple speed regulation methods, including direct current speed control, frequency variable speed adjusting, and electromagnetism speed control, providing flexibility in extrusion speed.

2. The tube sizing

The sizing sleeve, equipped with an entrance water curtain, is suitable for materials like HDPE, LDPE, and PP, ensuring accurate tube shaping during extrusion.

The butterfly-type sizing sleeve has a closed inside room at the front, making it ideal for small tube extrusion, enhancing cooling and stability.

3. Mould

The standard mould series offers sizes ranging from 10mm to 1600mm, with spiral allotment or skep type flow divide bodies, suitable for a wide range of tube production needs.The mould is designed to minimize internal stress in small tubes, ensuring smooth inner and outer surfaces by controlling the melting temperature.

The mould supports multi-layer co-extrusion for all polyolefin materials, providing versatility in material combinations and enhancing production capabilities.

4. The vacuum sizing water tank

The vacuum sizing water tank features a high-power water pump and specially designed spraying heads for efficient cooling, enhancing the overall extrusion process. The sizing sleeve is equipped with dense, intensive spraying heads, ensuring effective cooling and improved precision during tube formation. The percolation unit, coupled with a bypass pipeline, increases equipment stability and reduces maintenance needs by preventing blockages from impurities.

The system includes both high and low water level controls to maintain optimal operation and avoid equipment damage due to water fluctuations. The vacuum sizing water tank features three-dimensional adjustment capabilities, providing precise control over the cooling process for different tube sizes.

5. Tractor machine

The tractor machine features a frequency speed adjusting system, ensuring synchronous hauling off for uniform and consistent tube production. Equipped with a proportion valve and gas pressure control, it precisely regulates contact pressure for accurate and smooth tube pulling.

The central motor drives all bedrails to ensure high synchronization, improving efficiency and reducing the likelihood of production discrepancies. The machine includes an automatic wall thickness increase and optional length measuring device to ensure precise and consistent tube dimensions.


6. Sawing machine

The sawing machine uses a blade type mechanism for precise cutting, ideal for ensuring clean, consistent cuts in tube production.The circle cut incising machine delivers uniform, circular cuts, allowing for versatile cutting options for various tube sizes.

Features a set dimension function and automatic cutting capabilities, ensuring precise tube lengths with minimal manual input. The machine ensures that the following cut is perfectly synchronized with the ongoing process, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Designed with low noise operation and enhanced protection features, ensuring a safer working environment and reducing operational disturbances. The machine uses a roller-type movement system for smooth and reliable operation, improving cutting performance and reducing wear.
